Dayna Larson-Hurst,RN,BA,MSOD

The word impossible is not in Dayna's vocabulary. She has a passion for developing innovative ways to help organizations develop and implement strategic change initiatives that will lead to the creation of life-giving organizations where all people flourish. Her consulting includes education, coaching, team building, public speaking and facilitation of small and large change initiatives. She is currently working with the National Religious Retirement Office as well as Catholic religious communities thought the United States.

She is a Registered Nurse, has a BA in Business and a Masters degree in Organization Development. She has worked in many aspects of senior services including home health, hospitals, memory care and skilled care/long-term care. She has worked in both for-profit and non-profit organizations and held positions that included Director of Nursing, Administrator, Vice President and CEO.

Clifford "Cliff" Hurst, Ph.D

Cliff's mission in life is to help people to know themselves, choose themselves, grow themselves, and then give themselves to something greater than themselves. He fulfills this mission today primarily though his role as a professor  at Westminster College in Salt Lake City. He teaches entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, and a variety of leadership and management courses to undergraduates and MBA students.  For 24 years, he owned and operated an organizational development consulting practice with clients across the US and Canada, as well as the UK, Germany, Dubai, Hong Kong, and Australia.  He is the author of three book and is a faculty contributor to Westminster's Center for Innovative Culture.

Cliff holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University.
