We often work with individuals in one-on-one growth coaching. This is usually done in some combination of face-to-face meeting and by telephone. Our goal in each coaching engagement is to help the person to grow in ways that are meaningful to the person and beneficial to the organization. Coaching engagements are typically six months to a year in duration. The philosopher Robert S. Hartman said that here are only 4 steps to a successful life.
1. Know yourself. 2. Choose yourself. 3. Grow yourself. 4. Give yourself to something greater than you.
We agree. And these four steps form the core of our approach to growth coaching.
We work with our clients through a range of consulting interventions. These include long and short term strategy, organizational change, person-directed philosophy, customer relationship management, and team development. Speaking and Education
We teach a variety of workshops related to self-knowledge and self-understanding, team effectiveness, customer service, culture change, person-directed care, aging-well, brain health and caring for people with memory loss. These workshops are often conducted as part of more extensive consulting engagements, but they are also suitable as standalone educational workshops.
